The Filthy Mermaid is a monthly recurring subscription service for badass mermaids. You subscribe and each month we send you carefully cultivated Siren Swag Bags full of awesome mermaid shit. Your Siren Swag Bag subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis.

How much does it cost?
The Filthy Mermaid swims a new Siren Swag Bag to you once per month. The cost is $19.99 per month. Join today!
What's inside the Siren Swag Bags?
Each month, you’ll receive 3 – 5 pieces of siren swag, valued at $30+ retail per package, guaranteed to delight your inner filthy mermaid. You’ll get a constantly evolving variety of items from sexy sea-inspired accessories, bewitching beauty products, playful pleasures, and much more.
How do I sign-up?
How does billing work?
We’re a monthly subscription which means, when you sign-up (unless you’re pre-paying a specific gift amount), you will be billed each month on the 18th, in advance of your next shipment. Shipments go out once a month, usually around the 4th or the 6th.
Orders will show on your My Account page as “Processing” until the shipment is complete, then you will receive an email that the order is “Complete” each month when your Siren Swag Bag ships. When you are billed each month for the following month’s bag, you will receive an email letting you know your subscription has been renewed automatically for the month.
What is this month's deadline?
We generally ship around the 4th of the month.
The cut off for each month is at 11:59pm on the 29th of the prior month. Therefore, an order for a currently featured month can be placed from the 30th of one month through the 29th of the following to receive the upcoming delivery. For example:
To receive October’s Siren Swag Bag, orders must be placed between August 30th – September 29th. October’s Siren Swag Bag will then be mailed on October 4th.
September 30 – October 29 = November’s Siren Swag Bag
October 30 – November 29 = December’s Siren Swag Bag
November 30 – December 29 = January’s Siren Swag Bag

Where & how do you ship?
The Filthy Mermaid ships via USPS First Class Mail to all US states (including Alaska & Hawaii), territories, and APO addresses. APO addresses should allow up to 7 days additional delivery time. We also ship to the British Virgin Islands and Canada. Canadian addresses should allow an additional 7-10 days delivery time.
We are pleased to offer all of our shipping to the above locations for a flat rate of $5 per package. Retail items from the Siren Shop must be shipped separately from the monthly Siren Swag Bags and the shipping is FREE for all retail items to the above locations as well.
We also offer international shipping to the UK, Mexico, and a handful of other islands for an additional fee.
We’re sorry but additional international shipping is not available at this time. If you’d like to be added to a waitlist for when international shipping may potentially become available to your country, please email email@example.com.
How do I add a gift message?
If you’re giving Siren Swag Bags as a gift, you may include a gift message at checkout. Simply type your message into the “Additional Information” note box (don’t forget to include who it’s for and who it’s from) and we’ll be sure to include your note on one of our signature Filthy Mermaid cards.
Do you take phone orders?
Sorry, we do not offer shell-phone support at this time. We’re a small mer-team and email support helps us to respond as quickly as possible. Online ordering keeps your info secure. If you have questions, please drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
How can I cancel my subscription?
While our hearts will sink to the depths of the sea should you choose to leave us, you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at email@example.com.
Please note that cancellations received after the monthly renewal date of the 18th each month will be committed to the coming month’s bag, but will not be charged for any bags following that shipment.
Please also note that due to the discounted, prepaid nature of our 3, 6, and 12 month gift subscription packages, they are non-refundable. Customers wishing to discontinue receiving the remainder of their shipments are welcome to transfer them to a fellow mermaid without fee.
How do I receive a refund?
If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the 18th (your monthly renewal date). Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for Siren Swags Bags after your subscription has been renewed on the 18th.
For cancellations received after the 18th, you will receive the coming month’s Siren Swag Bag as your last shipment and will not be charged for any further months.
